The Chocolate Shoppe offers dessert trays, gift baskets, and gift boxes filled with our chocolates and candies. Use one of our creations or design your own.
Excellence and Professionalism
The Chocolate Shoppe has consolidated our two locations (Washington and Mendham) into one central location in Long Valley. We hand mold all of our chocolate molds and we make in house the majority of our showcase candy. In our kitchen, we have three 125 lb melters, a 30-ft enrober (commonly known as “The Lucy Machine”) as well as a commercial stove and many other tools that help us make and mold our delicious caramel, chocolates, butter-crunch and other candies.
Experience
For over 40 years, The Chocolate Shoppe has been creating delicious treats and has been active in the community. Our head chocolatier, Darleen Wizorek, learned the trade from the best, Bob and Sandra Bisk at Mangels in Chester, NJ and Phyllis Blake, former owner of The Chocolate Shoppe in Washington, NJ. We are a family run business and we all have been in the chocolate business since 1999.
